In the UK Ageism is the most prevalent form of discrimination. This project raises awareness of ageism across the UK by hacking traditional historic markers. Ageism is the kind of thing we've been programmed to fear. Purple plaque aims at recognizing the people who have did extra ordinary things. Everybody is capable of doing anything despite their age.
